We aim to process and deliver all orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining a high standard of service.


Processing Times


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.


Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday and Saturday.

We do not process or dispatch orders on Fridays, bank holidays, Eid, or New Year’s Eve & Day.


During periods of high demand, dispatch times may be slightly extended. We always work to minimise delays and fulfil orders as quickly as possible.


Cut-Off Times


For Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 1:00 PM (UK TIME).


Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

We currently do not ship to: Malta, Greece, Sweden, Finland, and Cyprus.


Customs & Duties (EU Orders)


Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are payable by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.


We are actively working towards offering improved rates and covering duties in the future.


Peak Periods (Eid & Ramadan)


During the 7 days leading up to Eid or Ramadan, we operate on an extended schedule and dispatch orders every day of the week to ensure timely delivery.


Delays


While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues or high demand periods.


We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier, but we will always assist where possible.


Incorrect Address


Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout.


If an incorrect address is provided, we will attempt to assist where possible; however, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.


If a parcel is returned to us, we can offer:

Reshipping (additional shipping fee applies), or

A refund excluding the original shipping cost


Lost or Delayed Parcels


If your order has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us at info@noorofficial.com.


We will investigate the issue with the courier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or compensation.
